Welcome to SiwindiS!
The name "SiwindiS / Kite Works" was born in Switzerland back in 1993
when Debra and Gregor first started to make their own kites.
A little history: When we were in Switzerland working in my Dad's Bernina store, my mom started to teach "kite making". This kite making was only a really good "Eddy Kite" or Diamond kite. The kite classes were a great success. By us helping mom sometimes in the classes we got interested in making bigger and better kites. It did not take us long and we wanted a name for our designs. That's how the name "SiwindiS" was born.
This website will be grow as time goes on. So please come back for more information, great pictures and video files.
